  I got a bike from there im having problems i rung them but they just give excuses to everyone dont go in the shop and buy the bikes as they rip you off

  Lacking customer service skills! Unmotivated staff , minimal product knowledge, no interest in customers 3 staff members around store more or less empty and hardly any willingness to provide a good service.

  I went in today and asked a member of staff a relatively easy question and was looking to buy a product but wasn’t sure which one would be ideal for what I need to use it for. The staff member talked down to me as though I had asked something really stupid and asked me to look in my manual when she could have answered my question, which I assume she didn’t know the answer to. I wouldn’t have been aggrieved if they didn’t know the answer but rather than becoming patronising it would have been appreciated if she could have just been honest. I think I’m future I’ll do my own research and won’t be visiting this store again.
